About the vacancy:
We are looking for a digital marketing sales manager who knows how to turn a client's request into a clear solution, and the solution into a signed one contract.
This role is built around dealing with incoming calls. No cold calling, no self-searching for potential contacts on LinkedIn. You communicate exclusively with companies that have already contacted UAMASTER with a clear request.
Job duties:
Process applications: initial qualification, clarification of needs, fixing the next steps.
Conduct negotiations with decision-makers: owners, C-level, marketing directors.
Together with the team, prepare proposals and presentations: strategic logic, work plan, budget approach, performance measurement principles.
Join tenders: request analysis, preparation of materials, defense solutions.
Conduct meetings, present the approach, agree terms and close deals.
Manage the sales funnel in CRM.
Requirements for the candidate:
B2B sales experience in the field of digital/internet advertising from 1 year (agency or related services).
Ability to lead the entire sales cycle: from the first contact to signing.
Strong Ukrainian in oral and written communication; English B2+ for correspondence and calls.
Understanding the logic of digital strategy.
Orientation in tools at the level of opportunities and task setting (PPC, SEO, web analytics, etc.).
Practical sales skills: needs diagnosis, value argumentation, working with objections, next step control.
Advantages (not required, but a plus):
Experience in web development projects or sales.
Experience in public speaking: conferences, trainings, presentations.
Working conditions:
Incoming inquiries only: you sell to those who have already formed a need and contacted the agency.
A reputation that is easier to sell: thenn-15 in the world and a strong portfolio of international cases.
Team support in the preparation of KP and defenses: you do not "close everything yourself".
A clear process: standards, templates, a database of cases and materials, a projected funnel.
Compensation: rate + bonus for the result (percentage of sales).
Work format: remote or office in Kyiv (Podil).
Schedule: Mon-Fri, 9:30-18:30.
