Tasks:

- Interaction with foreign language clients

p>- Support and development of relations with clients

- Solving clients' questions and problems

- Conducting consultations with the company's products and services

- Management of incoming calls and e-mails

Requirements:

- Proficiency in a foreign language (level B1-B2)

- Experience in the field of customer service will be an advantage

We offer:

Fixed rate - from $1,200;  

Additional bonuses for each processed client — from $50 to $150; 

Place of work — Kyiv, district Shulyavka (free accommodation and tickets provided)
