Remote back office for construction companies in the USA. We take care of all processes, except construction - marketing, sales departments (hot sales and cold calls), sourcing materials, managing teams of craftsmen, quality control at each stage, collecting feedback, training technical personnel, etc.
We are much closer to a marketing and IT company than to a construction company. We could have stopped at lead generation and sales, but we took on more responsibility and went further. Therefore, today we are responsible for sales, finding craftsmen and carrying out work.
