Jooble is looking for an experienced and ambitiousFor promotion of our IT product in the markets the Balkans We are looking for a specialist who is not afraid to work with cold leads and has experience in B2B sales in the field of job search.
Basic tasks:
Attracting new customers >
communication with potential customers (warm and cold) through calls, email and messengers (Viber)
conducting negotiations, consultations, presentations, drawing up offers
Working with CRM:
fixing results in Salesforce
analysis and optimization of work with the sales funnel
Analysis of the market and customer feedback:
identification of customer needs
broadcast the collected information to the team to improve the product
Execution of KPI and sales plan
Plan minimum: 10 new customers per month
We are looking for a specialist who has:
Experience in the field of job search (job boards, HR-tech) will be a significant plus;
High level of command of the Serbian language for communication with clients;
English level to communicate with team;
CRM experience (preferably Salesforce);
Ability to work with tables in Excel or Google Sheets;
Deep understanding of the sales funnel and handling rejections;
Active listening, persuasion and objection management skills.
