We invite you to work as a Sales Manager at Bookimed.
Responsibilities:
Processing of incoming requests from patients seeking treatment abroad.
Communicate and interact with patients through various channels (chat/phone/email).
Working with the CRM system: filling in patient requests to create patient profiles.
Mandatory skills:
English B2 and above.
Work with the CRM system.
Strong communication skills: ability to persuade, negotiate with patients and partner clinics, and argue the benefits of medical packages.
Empathy and the ability to work with challenging patients.
Willingness to communicate with patients outside of working hours.
Proactivity, a desire to develop both financially and professionally.
Nice to have:
Medical education/experience/practice.
Understanding of demand and the ability to select the most suitable offers.
