as sales manager s , Strong> You will be responsible for commercial and technical promotion of all steel solutions for construction and related products (pile piles, pipes, beams, plates, accessories, etc.) in the relevant geographical zone (Ukraine and Moldova), combining commercial skills, managing relationships with clients and technical knowledge. Your role will be actively involved in determining the local and regional strategy, as well as in a dynamic contribution to the implementation of a certain plan/strategy of sales. > And skills we expect from You:

  • Bachelor/Master's degree (Civilian or Geotechnical Engineering Education, Metallurgy will be an advantage)
  • Work experience of at least 3 years in the field of sales and/ or engineering (or related industries)
  • Business/Sales Development Experience ( Marine and land transport infrastructure and civilian/industrial construction)
  • Ability to independently meet and negotiate with all levels of counterparties management
  • Excellent communicative skills with the ability to solve problems on their own
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills, entrepreneurial spirit, teamwork and initiative
  • language skills: Ukrainian and English (minimum level - intermediate)
  • readiness and opportunity to travel (on average - once a month) in Ukraine and from time to time abroad

What will you do in this position:

sales and business development

  • corresponds to For the search for projects, the development of sales and attracting new customers related to the business of the company, in order to achieve sales goals according to the budget. Promotion of steel decisions
  • visiting customers, construction sites, participation in the relevant sectoral events (exhibitions, KOCFeenture, Networking)
  • Preparation of commercial/budget proposals, negotiation and closing of contracts of sale with clients, including agreement of the terms of contracts
  • daily sales control, tracking of projects with clients and providing Support to customers on design, logistics optimization, etc.
  • Preparation of documents and participation in Tenders
  • Supporting and consideration of technical and commercial claims, if necessary, with the support of relevant experts of the company
  • cooperation with other sales specialists, representatives of factories, manufacturers, designers, logists and staff from project management and providing positive and constructive corporate Culture. , design organizations, construction companies, government agencies, etc.
  • Development, in consultation with the client, innovative basic solutions for large infrastructure projects
  • Implementation and demonstration of the latest technical development in construction solutions using steel through regular training seminars with engineering companies and end consumers/authorized bodies. as well as tracking existing and new projects.
