Role Description
The mission of the Sales Engineer is to drive sales growth, increase company profits and market share by increasing our share of orders with current customers in specified industries . The Sales Engineer will increase profitability by promoting products, providing technical support and providing training to new and existing customers in the area of responsibility.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
• Building and developing relationships with existing clients, active search for new clients
• Development of sales of the company's products and services in the reporting industries.
• Ensuring achievement of annual sales, revenue and profit goals and other objectives agreed with the regional and commercial manager.
• Ensuring continuous improvement of productivity in his area of responsibility.
• Continuous monitoring of sales results and taking appropriate corrective measures, if necessary.

• Constantly increasing market share by strengthening presence and developing competence.
• Ensuring strong relationships with end customers within the framework of direct and indirect sales channels.
• Recognition, understanding and forming the needs of customers in the local market, as well as observing the activities of competitors.
• Achieving customer satisfaction by offering and implementing the most effective solutions.
• Interaction with other departments constructively, productively and unselfishly, which contributes to the development of synergies and consolidated results of the Company.
• Support and promote the Company's Core Values.
• Knowledge and use of Microsoft Office Suite, 1C, SAP software will be an advantage

• 50% of working time to be spent on business trips
Education and experience
• Higher education, preferably in the field of marketing or engineering discipline (5 years of education)
• Minimum 2-3 years of sales experience in B2C, B2B channels in a similar industrial sales role

• Effective listening, communication (oral and written) and negotiation skills, excellent presentation/public speaking skills.
• Professional demeanor, judgment and decision-making ability.
• Problem solving and analytical skills.
• Customer understanding (strong communication skills and ability to translate customer and stakeholder needs into project development and action plan).
• Ability to perform business mathematics (discounts, percentages, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, volume, etc.).
• Effective management at times and quick adaptation to changing priorities, own motivation.
• Driver's license, category B.
