Role Description

The mission of the Sales Engineer is to drive sales growth, increase company profits and market share by increasing our share of orders with current customers in specified industries . The Sales Engineer will increase profitability by promoting products, providing technical support and providing training to new and existing customers in the area of ​​responsibility.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Building and developing relationships with existing clients, actively searching for new clients

• Development of sales of the company's products and services in the reporting industries.

• Ensuring the achievement of annual sales, revenue and profit goals and others objectives agreed with the regional and commercial manager.

• Ensuring continuous improvement of productivity in his area of ​​responsibility.

• Continuous monitoring of sales results and taking appropriate corrective measures, if necessary.

• Continuous increase in market share due to strengthening presence and development of competence.

• Ensuring strong relationships with end customers within the framework of direct and indirect channels sales.

• Recognizing, understanding and forming customer needs in the local market, as well as observing the activities of competitors.

• Achieving customer satisfaction by offering and implementing the most effective solutions.

• Interacting with other departments constructively, productively and selflessly, which contributes to the development of synergy and the consolidated result of the Company.

• Support and promote the Core Values company.

• Knowledge and use of Microsoft Office Suite, 1C, SAP software will be an advantage

• 50% of working time to be spent on business trips

Education and experience

• Higher education, preferably in the field of marketing or engineering discipline (5 years of study)

• Minimum of 2-3 years of sales experience in B2C, B2B channels in similar role industrial sales

Personal characteristics 

• Close connection to Habasit core values, demonstrated integrity and ethical standards.

• Effective listening, communication (oral and written) and negotiation skills, excellent presentation/public speaking skills.

• Professional demeanor, judgment and decision-making ability.

• Problem solving and analytical skills.

• Customer understanding (strong communication skills and ability to translate customer and stakeholder needs into project development and action plan).

• Ability to perform business math (discount , percentages, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, volume, etc.).

• Effective time management and quick adaptation to changing priorities, own motivation.

• Driver's license, category B.
