Company "Mobility Ukraine", the developer of an innovative SaaS B2B platform in the field of tourism, logistics and passenger transportation is looking for an energetic and motivated Sales Manager for the company's product line.
Responsibilities:
- Work with the company's existing (warm) base of potential customers, search for new potential customers;
- Identifying customer needs and providing advice on available offers/products of the company;
- Organizing and conducting presentations for potential clients - online and offline (if necessary);
- Dealing with objections, possible refusals, additional counseling of potential clients;
- Discussion of terms of cooperation, preparation and signing of contracts with clients;
- Reporting in the established format in the CRM system (HubSpot);
- Achievement of set sales plans and KPI;
- Cooperation with the client support manager and the IT department in the onboarding of new clients.
Please note that this job is remote, so you must have access to the Internet and a comfortable work space to perform duties. In some cases, offline meetings with potential clients are possible.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
- Ability to work in a team and achieve set goals;
- High level of self-organization and self-motivation;
- Desire to develop in the field of tourism, transportation, improve sales skills;
- Knowledge of MS Office 365 (MS Teams, Outlook, Excel);
- Willingness to learn something new, healthy ambitions for career growth and financial stability;
- Experience in sales will be an advantage;
- Skills in working with CRM systems (including HubSpot) will be an advantage.
