Sales manager, recruiter in SWARGA PLUS

Recruiting company SWARGA PLUS specializes in the employment of personnel in Poland.

In connection with the expansion of the company's staff, we are looking for an active and proactive manager with work experience in sales.

There are currently two vacant manager positions.

WHAT YOU NEED TO DO:

• serve customers by phone and in open lines (incoming applications only); 
friendly relations.

WHAT WE OFFER:

• stable payment of salary and bonuses: rate 9500 UAH + bonuses depending on the employed candidates, the first 7 days are a trial period;
• average salary 15,500-22,000 UAH;
• possibility to work remotely (during the period of martial law we work remotely, as only the situation in the region will be safer, let's go back to the office);
• young friendly team;
• training "from scratch" and constant support;
• loyal management.

From January 2025, salary increase + bonuses and bonuses, salary will start at UAH 22,000/month.
