Sales manager, recruiter in SWARGA PLUS

The recruitment company SWARGA PLUS specializes in the employment of personnel in Poland, we are located in the city of Kharkiv, but we are ready to hire employees for remote work from other cities.

In connection with the expansion company staff, we are looking for an active and proactive manager with experience in sales.

There are currently two vacant manager positions.

WHAT NEEDS TO BE DONE:

• serve customers by phone and in open lines (incoming requests only); 
friendly relations.

WHAT WE OFFER:

• stable payment of salary and bonuses: rate 9500 UAH + bonuses depending on the employed candidates, the first 7 days are a trial period;
• average salary 15,500-22,000 UAH;
• possibility to work remotely (during the period of martial law we work remotely, as only the situation in the region will be safer, let's go back to the office);
• young friendly team;
• training "from scratch" and constant support;
• loyal management.

From January 2025, salary increase + bonuses and bonuses, salary will start at UAH 22,000/month.
