We are constantly growing, therefore, we are looking for a manager of the wholesale department, who has the desire to develop together with the company and is ready to strengthen our team!

What will need to be done

Adaptation period in the company:

• Acquaintance with the structure of the company.
• Study of the company's business processes.
• Positioning and pricing policy study.
• Study of the assortment and product groups.
• Working with an existing "warm" customer base.
• Search and attraction of customers.

After the adaptation period:

• Active search and attraction of customers (work with online stores and retail chains)
• Involvement in cooperation of potential customers from the existing "warm" base of contacts.
• Ensuring sales volumes for a working client base at a given level.
• Building and maintaining long-term relationships with clients.
• Consulting the client regarding products and terms of supply.
• Conducting negotiations and meetings with the aim of expanding the range, analyzing customer needs.
• Preparation of commercial offers and provision of necessary information regarding customer requests.
• Implementation of the established sales plan.
• Control mutual settlements and work with receivables.
• Ensuring high-quality document flow with clients
• Interaction with the structural divisions of the company.
• Working with the 1C database.
• Study and thorough knowledge of the range of products.

Our candidate for the wholesale department has the following qualities:< /p>

• Higher education, technical education is an advantage.
• It will be great if you have knowledge and experience in sales of electrical products. Ability to learn quickly.
• Experience and skills of direct sales in the B2B market from 1 year, negotiation and business skillscorrespondence.
• Persistence in achieving results.
• Confident PC user, 1s 8.3.
• Competent oral and written language.
• High level of communication skills, responsibility, punctuality, organization, intelligence.
