• Higher Technical Education (preferably) or technical mind (required);
• experience in customer service or sales service will be an advantage;

• experience in working with CRM systems, Google Sheets and Excel will come in handy;
• A confident PC user;

• Creating orders, accounts, sales, statement of primary documents in 1C;
• Identifying the client's need by understanding the technical problem, consulting and selecting a solution from the available range (each employee is trained); l>
• Active cooperation with our marketers on the effectiveness of promotion and advertising
