Sales manager/office manager/team leader of the sales department in Devohome

DevoHome - a Ukrainian manufacturer of hemp textiles is looking for a manager in the sales department.

Requirements:

• decency, humanity, responsibility,
• positive experience in similar work,
• eco-awareness, skills with SRM, excel tables, site administration.

Working conditions:

• full-time schedule,
• working hours from 10:00 to 19:00 (mandatory lunch break of 1 hour),

Responsibilities :

• Order processing: quality communication with the buyer, knowledge of instructions, scripts, DevoHome products.< /li>
• Sell products = (Our goal) to provide quality healthy sleep, healthy clothes from natural fabrics.  
• Sales channels: Instagram-Facebook, Messengers on the work phone, orders from the website, customers who come in the Room show, B2B stores in which we sell.
• Quality post communication, with the purpose of UP-SALE), solution problematic issues, product returns.
• Coordination of production: reordering the product independently.
• Participation in general meetings of the production planning team.
• Stock accounting.
Monthly reporting.
• Purchase of office supplies.
• Receiving the goods into the warehouse, into the system.
• Writing new work instructions as needed
  

Trial period - 1 month. 

Payment is a fixed rate + % of sales. The fixed rate depends on the experience and skills of the candidate, is discussed individually at the interview with the manager.
