Responsibilities:

• preparation of calculations and commercial proposals;
• preparation of a package of export-import documents, permit documents for customs clearance of goods;
• organization of a full range of logistics deliveries to the customer's door "on a turnkey" basis;
• maintenance of an electronic database;
• formation of foreign economic contracts;
• negotiations with foreign supplier companies;
• control of payments;
• cooperation with forwarding companies and carrier companies in the organization of booking, forwarding and transportation;
• reporting.
