In connection with the expansion, we are looking for a regional leasing manager in Odessa. He will be responsible for developing and maintaining the client base in the region, attracting new clients and concluding agreements with them.

Main responsibilities:

• Active search and promotion of new potential customers in the region;
• Study of customer needs and development of individual leasing offers;
• Negotiations with customers and conclusion of leasing agreements;
• Support relations with existing customers and ensuring a high level of service;
• Market analysis, identification of new opportunities for business development in the region

Requirements for the candidate:

• You have experience in this field or are engaged in the sale of agricultural machinery;
• Ability to work with a large amount of information and make quick decisions;
• High level communication and negotiation skills;
• Knowledge of the leasing services market and experience with clients will be an advantage
