Sales Manager / Lead Generation Manager (Graphic Design & Print) in Stylus Design Studio

Who we are:
We are a young team that helps Ukrainian designers go international freelance and work with clients from all over the world. We work in the areas of graphic design, branding, packaging and printing.

Now we are looking for a sales manager, preferably with a ready-made customer base, who from the first days will be able to lead projects and lead customers through the full cycle.

The candidate must have:

• A ready-made customer base in the field of graphic design / branding / printing / packaging

• Experience of active lead generation (B2B, international clients)

• Upgraded personal accounts LinkedIn and/ Facebook

• Understanding processes in design and printing

• Experience of managing the client from the first contact to the completion of the project

• Skills agree on the budget and deadlines

• Self-organization and responsibility

Necessary knowledge and skills of lead generation

• Search and selection of target customers (LinkedIn, Facebook, cold messages)

• Creation of personalized outreach messages

• Working with incoming and outgoing leads

• Qualification of requests (to understand whether the client is suitable for our services)

• Building long-term relationships with clients

• Maintaining simple reporting on leads and deals

Main responsibilities

• Independently find clients

• Independently lead all lead generation

• Conduct initial communication

• Coordinate technical specifications, budget, terms

• Transfer projects to the work of the design team

• Accompany the client until project submission and payment
