A leading tech company from South Korea is expanding its operations in Ukraine and is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to drive B2B and government programs. The primary focus will be on establishing and maintaining partnerships with Ukrainian business and government institutions. Responsibilities:Lead and manage sales activities for construction equipment within the local market;Manage grant programs from big investors and South Korean governmental institutions;Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets and expand market share;Identify new business opportunities and drive sales growth in the assigned territory;Collaborate with global manufacturers (Korean market) to align local sales efforts with global strategies; Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management;Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and ethical standards in all sales operationsRequirements:5 years of experience as a Sales Manager in the construction equipment industry;Experience of working with international grants;Prior experience working with global manufacturers such as JCB, CAT, KUBOTA, HITACHI, or similar; Ability to build and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders; Proficiency in sales reporting, forecasting, and use of CRM tools; Willingness to travel as required for business development and client meetings (in Ukraine);A positive and proactive mindset; Fluent in business English; Proficiency in Korean language would be a big plus.
