Leads have already left their contacts - your job is to call and close on a deal.
Working with clients mainly from the USA, so confident spoken English and willingness to work in the evenings outside of Kyiv are important.
Current situation
- There is a steady flow of incoming leads
- They all need to call and send follow-ups
What to do
- Call incoming leads who left the number
- Present services, answer customer questions
- Close leads for a contract or the next stage
- Fix results in CRM
- Send follow-ups
- If necessary - work with Upwork or emails\linkedin(as secondary task)
Required
- English - Upper-Intermediate and above (live calls with US customers)
- Experience in sales
- Ability to lead a call and close deals
- Independence and discipline
- Willingness to work part-time from 18:00 Kyiv time and later (part of the working day)
Will be a plus
- Experience in selling digital / IT / agency services
- Experience with Upwork
- Understanding sales flow: discovery > proposal > close
- Experience with CRM (HubSpot, Pipedrive, etc.)
