Responsibilities:

- Searching and selecting real estate that meets the client's requirements

- Organization and implementation viewing real estate objects and providing advice to clients

- Providing professional advice and recommendations on real estate transactions, including financing and legal aspects (has its own lawyer)

- Participation in negotiations and conclusion of contracts of sale or lease of real estate

- Conducting real estate market research, including analysis of prices, trends and market conditions

Requirements:

- Experience in sales (will be an advantage)

- High communication skills and skills to establish strong relationships with clients
