Sales manager, hot calls (Remote) in ProShop

A modern e-commerce company is looking for a sales manager for household goods and household appliances.

Main duties:

• Work with hot customers who are already interested in buying
• Sell home goods, appliances and other categories
• Guide customers to CRM, capture call results
• Conduct brief consultations and provide product information
• Participate in team training and training
• Achieve set goals and KPI

Requirements for the candidate:

• 3 months of sales experience is required.
• Basic knowledge of CRM systems (desirable, but not (obligatory)
• Confident and clear oral communication, competent Ukrainian language.
• Ability to listen and convince.
• Resistance to stress and a positive attitude towards clients.

What you need for work:Laptop or a computer (not a phone). Headphones with a microphone. Stable internet. A quiet place for calls.

Work is carried out through telephony installed on a PC (it is not possible to work from the phone)

Schedule:Convenient schedule: 5/2, changes to choose from: 08:00—16:00 / 14:00—22:00 /18:00-23:00

Payment:Rate for each accepted order + percentage for the quality of work (on average up to 40,000 + UAH per month, depends on speed jobs)

Soft skills-Responsibility, punctuality, attention to details. Willingness to work for the result.
Hard skills-Basic PC skills (ability to work with a browser, CRM-will be a plus).
