I am 32 years old and I have been in the bodo team for 10 years. I started in the company as a salesperson, then became the head of bodo retail, and for 7 years now I have been the head of the sales department at bodotravel.

Now about our requirements for the specialist I am looking for:
- Has 1 year of active telephone sales experience.
- Has excellent telephone sales skills and confident negotiation skills.
- Results oriented.

What will you do:

About our hiring process
I personally analyze all feedback and conduct telephone and offline interviews. I make decisions quickly and provide feedback (both follow-up and termination) immediately or the next day. I expect the same from candidate.
