After three months, this amount increases to 30,000-40,000 UAH. Meanwhile, Middle and Senior Sales Managers can earn from 75,000 to 150,000 UAH. However, there are no strict limits — it all depends on your motivation, efficiency, and the number of successfully closed deals!During the probation period, we offer you a financial safety net, so you don’t have to worry during your onboarding. The average income after onboarding is about 30,000-40,000 UAH, but remember, this is just the beginning, and there are no limits on results.
