Sales manager (EU) in Rocket Recruiters

In Ukraine, the company is represented in 11 cities with a representative office in Kyiv.

The appearance of this vacancy is due to the launch of a new project, which is aimed at developing the existing base of English-speaking customers in the European market with the aim of returning them to active status through identification of needs and effective consulting.

?? Tasks:
• Processing the existing customer base through calls, messengers, email.
• Determine customer interest, advise on investments to the stock market, help to understand the brokerage platform.
• Work in CRM: record results, update statuses, perform KPI (call plan, messages, conversion).

To work with us you should have:
Knowledge of the English language at the upper-intermediate level." font-weight: 400"/>Be active, structured, responsible, self-confident.
• We are considering final year students
• Preferably: experience in sales or working with clients and knowledge in the financial/banking/investment field.
• Knowledge of an additional European language will be a plus

What you you will receive:
• Total income: $1500-2500/month ($1000 rate + bonus up to $1500 (this is not a ceiling, but an average)
Office format in Kyiv
400">Possibility of a hybrid format in the future
• A transparent company with European clients standards and a low turnover rate (?3%)
• Important: the holding does not cooperate with the Russian Federation and the Republic of Belarus.
• Average check: $5000–10000
• CA — 25+, business owners, office/IT professionals middle+
