Sales Manager / Curator of training programs (Working with a warm base, 4 hours/day)

We are an educational and technological project that helps entrepreneurs get out of the operational routine. Our products are innovative solutions: A business auditor based on Artificial Intelligence and a personalized program How to get out of the owner's trap.

We are looking for a person in the team who will become the right hand for our clients. Your role is a mix of caring (Curator) and expert selling.

How the job is built (Your Funnel):We don't work with a cold base. Your contacts are entrepreneurs who have ALREADY bought our starter mini-course.

1. You call the client, introduce yourself as the Courage Curator, answer questions and help with completion.

2. U in the process of communication, you offer a logical next step - AI Business Audit (currently $51, the price will increase).

3. To those who have passed the Audit, you offer the main solution - Big Course ($800).

Your tasks:

• client along the funnel: from the Mini-course to the Audit, and then to the Big course.

• Working in the CRM system USPACY (data entry, communication history).

• Daily planning (in the morning) and a short report (in the evening).

The terms we offer:

• Stable rate: UAH 12,000.

• Bonuses: (the average grocery bill is growing, so your bonus is too).

• Schedule: Part-time, 4 hours a day. You choose comfortable working hours yourself, the main thing is to process applications on time and be in touch.

• Remote work: Work from home or your favorite cafe.

• Training: We provide basic scripts and materials so that you can quickly get up to speed affairs.

• You can communicate in Ukrainian (competent oral and written language).
