Our company has been a leader in the implementation of telecom and IT solutions for key market players for 18 years: from Internet providers to industrial and state enterprises. We value systematicity, creativity and professionalism in everything.

In addition to system integration, we actively develop the direction of technical services for Ukrainian infrastructure. In particular, we supply spare parts for transport infrastructure enterprises. We also develop technical documentation, manufacture turnkey products of any complexity with their subsequent maintenance.

Now we are looking for a Sales Manager who will become part of our team and participate in the development of projects that contribute to the development and modernization of infrastructure of Ukraine.

  • Decent salary. The rate for the trial period is UAH 30,000. After the trial period - UAH 42,000 + % of sales;

Qualification requirements:

  • The presence of one's own base of potential customers among government structures will be a significant advantage;
  • Strong communication skills, the ability to identify and form needs, the ability to "get close" to the customer;
  • Understanding the principles of procurement platforms (tendering sites);
  • Desire to develop and improve;
  • Ability to think outside the box, develop and implement new non-standard solutions;
  • Ability to find and attract new customers to cooperation;
  • Competent Ukrainian language;
  • Technical knowledge (knowledge of the main stages of production, materialleft, principles of operation of various equipment, etc.) will be an advantage.

The seller must actively master and perform:

  • Selling equipment, spare parts, providing service services;
  • Search and formation of own customer base (priority — state institutions, transport infrastructure enterprises, non-governmental organizations);
  • Development and maintenance of strong relations with existing customers, identification/formation of new needs, expansion of cooperation;
  • Processing of technical tasks/requests from customers, preparation of project/commercial solutions, calculation of project cost and deadlines;
  • Preparation technical documentation for participation in procurement together with the company's specialists;
  • Responsibility and control over all stages of project implementation;
  • Search and development of new areas of the company's activity.
