We are looking for a sales manager who will be responsible for the implementation of books and merch, organization of presentations, participation in exhibitions, forums and thematic events, as well as active work with customers and partners.

Main duties:
Working with clients and sales
- Processing incoming requests (calls, messengers, social networks, e-mail).
- Full sales cycle:
first contact > identifying needs > presentation > working with objections > closing agreement. - Customer support before and after the purchase
Active sales and lead generation
- Initiation of active sales: work with the lead base, repeated contacts, reminders about new products.
- Additional sales of merch to the book (sets, special offers, gift sets).
- Cross-selling: related products, promotions, thematic sets to increase the average check.
- Search and attraction of new customers: work with "cold", "warm" and "hot" leads.
- Expansion and development of the client base.
Organization of presentations and participation in events
- Organization and coordination book presentations (online and offline).
- Participation in exhibitions, forums, thematic events, fairs.
- Preparation for events: work with lists of participants, partners, ordering merchandise and books.
- Communication with event organizers and partners.
Actions, collaborations, special projects
- Participation in the launch promotions, collaborations and special projects
(raffles, themed events, online meetings, presentations). - Coordination of orders and communication with partners.
CRM, analytics and document flow
- Maintenance of CRM / tables: customer cards, contact history, statuses of deals.
- Planning of next actions for to clients.
- Preparation of short daily and weekly reports:
sales, plan execution, conversions, status of key deals. - Preparation of commercial offers, invoices, contracts, invoices.
- Control of order fulfillment: shipment, delivery, payment.
- Resolving non-standard or problematic customer situations.
What it is important for us:
- Experience in sales (B2C / B2B will be an advantage).
- Sufficient communication skills: oral and written.
- The ability to bring the client to the result, not "quit halfway".
- Organization, responsibility, attention to details.
- Interest in book projects, merch, events, community.
Experience of working with CRM or tables (it does not matter which system).
Skills of "cold" search and lack of fear of rejections.
Fluent command of the Ukrainian language (written and spoken).
High level of self-organization for remote work. Experience in sales (online sales, e-commerce, educational products, publishing projects, events or digital services will be an advantage).
