ELECTRONIC COMPANY "LINA" (more than 30 years on the market of Ukraine) announces a competition for a vacant position: "Sales Manager/Assistant Sales Manager (Online Store)".

We need a person who:

• ready to learn a lot and wants to develop in the field of sales;
• has computer skills;

  Basic responsibilities:

  • Reception of incoming customer requests (calls, messages, etc.), product selection (if necessary - selection of analogues), consultation; prices, delivery terms (if necessary, interaction with the logistics department or directly with suppliers). For non-cash settlement - invoicing for payment; ·

  Control of payment by invoices/orders, payment arrears;

  • Order completion control;
  • Product dispatch and receipt control according to orders/invoices;
  • Working with complaints (returns, exchanges, repairs, etc.), as well as solving problem situations (shifting delivery dates, shortages/reorders, delay in sending goods, etc.);
  • Work with contracts, assignments; · Working with the client base, forming an offer, calling clients, collecting feedback.

  Requirements:

  • The desire to earn, learn and constantly improve your skills - a must;
  • Confident communication skills, the ability to work with objections and non-standard situations - a must;
  • Fluent conversational Ukrainian - a must;< /li>
  • Experience of working in an online store, in the 1C system and CRM systems - welcome.

  Working conditions :

  • Full-time employment, official employment, individual workplace, friendly and professional team. We provide product, process training and mentor support during the employee adaptation period. Trial period up to 3 months. Fixed rate for the trial period — 25,000 UAH for an assistant manager and 30,000 UAH for the position of sales manager. After the trial period, the salary for an assistant is 30,000-35,000 UAH, for a sales manager from 35,000 - 40,000 and above depends on the % of sales.

  Place of work: m. Petrivka (Pochayna), the office is opposite the store "ASHAcademy of Sciences". Work schedule: Mon-Fri from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. (Sat, Sun — closed), we do not offer remote work!!!
