We are looking for a sales manager/affiliate manager to join our team, who will help with sales and partner search, will take control of a junior specialist in the future will become the team leader.

Niche: iGaming. GEO: WW.

Responsibilities:

• Search and support of transactions, communication with affiliate program managers.
• Study basic functions of the traffic acceptor product (forms, personal account, sections, application, etc.).
• Working with referral links of affiliate programs, landing pages, performance evaluation.
• Communication with internal team, provision of information, data collection, reporting.
• Analysis of indicators and traffic results in the affiliate program (conversion, profitability, calculations, etc.).
• Conducting tests, drawing conclusions and making decisions based on the results obtained.
• Basic integration of existing and new accounts in affiliate programs using Postback.
• Working with a junior specialist, setting tasks, monitoring execution. 

Requirements:

• Understanding of affiliate marketing, experience working with traffic, affiliate programs and direct advertisers.
• Knowledge and understanding of how traffic sources work (SEO, PPC, FB, Push, Email).
• Skills in working with Google docs / sheets, Notion, MS Excel.
• English : A2+ (95% of communications in English).
• Proactivity.
