Sales Manager (Multimodal Logistics) Responsibilities: Working with existing customers and attracting of new possibilities Sell services for multimodal cargo transportation (road, rail, sea, and air transport). Conduct negotiations, prepare commercial offers, and close contracts. Support clients throughout all stages of the deal: from request to shipment completion. Coordinate interactions with logistics and operational departments. Management of team Analyze the market and competitors, develop strategies to attract new clients. Requirements: Experience in sales of logistics or transportation services (1-2 years minimum). Understanding of multimodal transportation principles and logistics processes. Negotiation and sales skills, with confidence in handling objections. Proficiency in English (Intermediate level or higher) for communication with international partners. Excellent communication skills and a client-oriented approach. Experience with CRM systems and proficiency in MS Office. Willingness to travel and work on a flexible schedule. Working Conditions: Salary: Base salary + performance-based bonuses. Work Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
