Requirements:

• 2 years of active sales manager experience, preferably in the field of electrical equipment. (We are also ready to consider candidates after university, but with a technical education, a desire to learn and develop in electrical equipment sales. Motivation, a desire to become a professional in this direction is very important!);
• Knowledge of the specifics of active sales in the B2B segment, skills analyze the market;
• Knowledge of the market of suppliers and manufacturers of electrical equipment in the Ukrainian market (preferred);
• Technical literacy;
• Ability to plan and achieve the set goal;
• li>
• To have skills and knowledge of various negotiation techniques;
• To have personal character traits, such as - persistence, the ability to convince and create value, to work with objections;
• To be confident user: MS Office, 1C;
• Having an active lifestyle, being communicative, able to work in a team;
• Courses, trainings on sales and working with clients, will be an additional advantage
• Readiness for business trips in Ukraine in peacetime.
