We are seeking a motivated and resilient Sales Manager to join our dynamic team. This role involves selling services that may be considered high-risk, requiring a strong understanding of compliance, risk management, and exceptional communication skills. The ideal candidate will be able to navigate complex sales processes while building strong relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
— Identify and target potential clients in high-risk industries.
— Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of leads through networking, cold calling, and referrals.
— Conduct thorough risk assessments for prospective clients to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
— Present and explain service offerings tailored to the needs of high-risk clients.
— Negotiate contracts and close sales while maintaining profitability and compliance.
— Collaborate with internal teams (legal, compliance, finance) to ensure all sales activities align with company policies.
— Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and threats.
— Provide ongoing support to clients post-sale to ensure satisfaction and retention.
— Prepare regular reports on sales activities, forecasts, and market conditions.
Qualifications:
— Proven experience in sales, preferably in high-risk industries such as crypto, gambling.
— Strong understanding of compliance and risk management practices.
— Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
— Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
— Strong negotiation skills and a results-oriented mindset.
— Spoken English from Upper Intermediate or Higher.
— Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
