REQUIREMENTS:

• Sales manager/Business development experience
• Experience with Google AdSense, Google Ad Manager (DFP)
• Understanding of PPC, CPM, and CPA campaigns
• Experienced user in CRM platforms (Hubspot, Salesforce, Bitrix, etc.)
• Level of English — Advanced
• Strong computer skills and experience in the Microsoft Office suite
• High motivation for self-improvement and willingness to learn and grow with the company
• Organizational and planning skills
• Ability to get things done, express your point of view clearly, hit goals and deadlines, and collaborate with multiple teams
• Positive and enthusiastic

WOULD BE A PLUS:

• Work experience in the fields of IT and digital advertising
• International work experience
• Data analysis and reporting experience
• Proven management experience or demonstrated willingness and ability to learn management basics

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Search for new leads and prospects for the companies products
• Full cycle of Client onboarding (communications, proposal of the optimal integration option to the client, passing onboarded client to the account management team)
• Communication with existing clients, solving business issues
• Monitor overall media buying process
• Analyze user experience, partner’s feedback and providing ideas that may improve our platform
