About the company:

The Outcore team provides effective solutions designed with the specific needs of arbitration teams and solo media buyers working with Google Ads. We are looking for an active and ambitious Sales Manager who (a) knows how to find and warm up cold traffic.

What you will need to do:

• Active search for leads (Outbound) in LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, thematic forums and Telegram communities.
• Establishing the first contact, qualifying the lead and making appointments.
• Working with the existing customer base: maintaining and returning customers.
• Attending international conferences and industry events for networking.
• Maintaining a database, clearly recording results in CRM.
• Working with hot traffic from the target (processing, closing deals, contact after closing).

Our expectations from the candidate:

• Experience in sales in affiliate marketing from 1 year.
• English language level - B2 and above (fluent communication and correspondence).
• Basic CRM knowledge and skills.
• Availability of documents and the ability to travel abroad to participate in conferences.
• Search skills: knowledge and skills about how Boolean Search works and how to find a decision maker (decision maker).

Additional advantages

• It is desirable to understand or have experience with Google Ads, selling Google accounts.
• Ability to negotiate with clients and partners online and at conferences.

Motivation:

• Rate: $800 and % of profit (Profit) for each transferred and successfully closed client.
