Responsibilities:

• Remote work with customers through social networks and messengers.

• Order processing, entering data into the CRM system.

• Administration of the site on the Khorosop platform, including adding and updating product cards and articles (knowledge of the basics of SEO is welcome).

• Working with TikTok: video analysis, product promotion, participation in open broadcasts (additional payment is expected for this).

• Knowledge of English to communicate with foreign clients (can be with a translator).

• Experience with Etsy will be a plus.

Conditions:

• Work is mostly remote, at the beginning of the training it is possible to be present at the workplace place, but in the future it is not necessary.
