Sales manager in Beauty Solutions Pro

We are a marketing company operating in the largest and most competitive market - the USA. In connection with the expansion of the information support department, we are looking for a customer support representative to join our team.

Having started its development in 2016, our company currently completely covers the needs of brands when entering the Western market. Starting from negotiations with suppliers, issues of logistics and delivery of goods, and ending with full marketing promotion and support of the brand in the USA.

Our ideal candidate:

Experience working with English-speaking clients is preferred

Multi-tasking, as work duties are quite versatile

Personal qualities: diligence, responsibility, attentiveness, initiative and communication.

Your duties:

Ability to work in multitasking mode, quickly adapt to conditions changing environment

Processing incoming messages and customer emails

Making outgoing calls

Communicating with customers from start to finish stage of the conclusion of the agreement

Conclusion of agreements

Support before, during and after the conclusion of the agreement.

• What we offer:
• A decent salary from UAH 30,000 with the prospect of growth when meeting KPI. 
• Our office is located in the city of Kharkiv. Given the current situation, the company has switched to a remote work format. We care about the safety and health of our employees, so we will only return to the office when it is completely safe to do so.

• This position involves working remotely from home from 14:00 to 23:00.
