Sales Engineer - IT Channel and Projects in Eaton

For our team in Kiev, we are looking for a Sales Engineer - IT Channel and Projects.Role OverviewThe primary function of the Sales Engineer is to generate growth in revenue by selling assigned product lines to targeted customers in targeted market segments and designated territory.In this role, you will manage all aspects of the customer relationship, providing sales and technical assistance, creating order pipeline.ResponsibilitiesDevelop the IT Channel to generate increase in revenue and profit as per the yearly agreed target.Ensure that strategic and operation plans for the IT Channel, major Power Quality PQ product launches and key programs are properly planned and well executed.Understand major competitors’ tactics, organization, distribution strategy and pricing while keeping management informed of trends and changes.Build close multilevel and multifunctional relationships with key channel partners, resellers and other important stakeholders.Execute all phases of the selling process to ensure effective and timely customer needs and response.Create and deliver sales presentations to deliver customer value proposition of our products offerings.Prepare, present and sustain commercial proposals for Power Quality PQ application solutions based on customer requirement.Provide technical assistance to distributors, contractors, end users; manage and handle technical inquiries from Customers, collecting all the necessary technical information, drawings, calculations and specifications. Train direct and indirect customers (distributors, installers, etc.) on specific product families. Support customers to follow Eaton internal procedures (i.e. warranty requests, order placements, etc.) QualificationsBachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (or equivalent).Proven track record of achieving business success in Sales. Extended IT Channel & UPS product knowledge.Established customer relationships within the market area.A demonstrable technical understanding of 1ph, 3ph UPS products and solutions. Extended knowledge of IT Channel & UPS market of the country.Knowledge of technical electrical standard for the country.Ability to influence decision making of key stakeholders.Strong communication, negotiations, and interpersonal skills.
