Key job objectives:
Organize the activities of your team in such a way that all actions are coordinated and lead to the implementation of the agency's sales plan, full control over the development of 2 departments (marketing and sales) and implementation of marketing strategy.
Main tasks:
Marketing functions:
- analyze funnels sales, work on optimizing the value of the lead.
Sales Management:
- help form the sales department.
- analyze how internal and external factors affect sales.
- analyze the performance of the sales team.
- identify which marketing campaigns will increase revenue and adjust the actions of your department to achieve growth indicators according to the analysis of data related to the area of promotion and sales.
- offer successful cases for further implementation based on the actions of competitor companies and communication market trends,
- monitor the results of promotion on the Internet and set tasks SEO optimization and contextual advertising contractors.
- work on lead cost optimization.
- together with the service implementation department, develop projects for sale to clients.
- conduct negotiations and presentations for new potential clients and sign contracts.
- attend events where there is a concentration of potential clients and establish personal contacts.
