We are looking for an experienced Sales Development ( SDTL) Team Lead!

SDR is our department that deals with the initial stages of the sales process, qualification and screening of leads for our company.

Requirements:

  • Experience as a team leader of the sales department/SDR department/call center.
  • Ability to structure processes in a team and build effective interaction in a team.
  • Leadership qualities, the ability to inspire, motivate a team and effectively resolve conflicts.
  • Time management, planning and meeting deadlines.
  • In-depth understanding of sales: experience in B2C sales and knowledge of the sales process.
  • Experience in the field of educational services will be an advantage.
  • Experience with CRM systems (Knowledge of CRM Bitrix24 and Hubspot will be a plus).
  • Critical thinking.

Responsibilities:

  • SDR team management: performance monitoring, training and mentoring.
  • Ensuring high levels of employee motivation and engagement.
  • Control of team performance indicators (KPI) and ensuring their implementation.
  • Creating development plans for each team member, in particular to improve their performance and qualifications.
  • Analyzing results and providing feedback to the team to improve results.
  • Working closely with the sales team to ensure high quality of transferred leads and improve their qualification process.
  • Identifying weak points and making necessary changes to improve results .
