We are looking for a dynamic SDR to spearhead our efforts in broadening our customer base by identifying potential leads, engaging prospective clients, driving sales initiatives, and seamlessly connecting customers with our dedicated sales team. Responsibilities set for an SDR:

 

• Drive the creation of new business opportunities through strategic outbound prospecting and following up on inbound leads.

• Cultivate, manage, and expand your pipeline of prospects with a keen focus on generating actionable business opportunities.

• Utilize CRM software to meticulously maintain sales data, contributing to vital sales reports, pipeline analyses, and forecasting.

• Employ various research tactics and sales tools to identify and attract potential buyers, engaging them through cold-calling, LinkedIn, email campaigns, and more.

• Actively schedule and coordinate meetings, ensuring promising leads are developed through the marketing funnel and linked with a sales executive.

•Follow up diligently with potential clients to arrange meetings and further discussions, fostering strong relationships.

• Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve and surpass company sales targets and goals.

 

Expectations from a candidate:

 

• Proven experience (at least one year) in a similar SDR role within a SaaS environment, backed by a solid track record of success.

• Exceptional communication skills, with a strong orientation towards customer service and team collaboration.

• Highly organized, capable of multitasking, prioritizing, and managing time effectively to meet deadlines and KPIs.

• Demonstrated cold calling and lead generation ability, with excellent analytical and time management skills.

• Thrives in a fast-paced setting and exhibits fluency in English.

 

Will be considered an advantage:

 

• Familiarity with HubSpot CRM.

• Multilingual capabilities.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

• Relevant technical knowledge or experience in the industry sector in which SpeedSize operates.
