What you will need to do:
< p style="font-style: normal; font-weight: 400">Participate in the creation of a division in order to further manage it and grow to the Head of the Sales Department:
- Planning, staffing, coordination and control of the work of the lead generation team.
- Development and implementation of strategies. Creating effective strategies to attract new customers through various channels
- Market and competitor analysis. Conducting research to identify new opportunities and improve existing processes.
- Communication with potential TOP clients. Organization and participation in communication with clients through calls, correspondence and occasionally personal meetings.
- Networking. Participation in exhibitions, conferences and other events to expand the client base.
- Cooperation with other departments. Coordination of actions with units of accounting, brand management, and others, to ensure high efficiency of work.
- Implementation of plans. Ensuring the achievement of set goals and plans for attracting new customers.
- Reporting. Regular reporting on work results and achievements.
- Working with the CRM system. Use of the CRM system, Google Docs, telephony for effective process management.
It is important for us:
- Proficiency in the Ukrainian language. Knowledge of English will be a significant advantage.
- Experience in active sales and lead generation in the B2B sphere. Experience in the IT field will be an advantage.
- Team management skills. The ability to speakto learn and effectively manage a team.
- Analytical skills. Ability to analyze market, results and make informed decisions.
