Requirements for the candidate: Experience in the field of sales of building materials from 1 year (will be an advantage). Must have direct sales experience; High communication skills, ability to negotiate and build relationships with clients; Analytical skills, ability to make decisions and work independently; Willingness to develop and achieve set goals; Willingness to systematically work with customers and the sales team in the region; Having a car will be an advantage. Main responsibilities: Work with existing customers (subdistributors) - negotiations, presentation, expansion of the assortment; Participation in the formation of subdistributor orders, processing and submission of order forms to the factory; Assessment of the presence and control of Anserglob TM balances; Market monitoring of building materials and competitors; Control of advertising, trade equipment and standards of laying out TM Anserglob; Conducting negotiations and concluding agreements with new customers (subdistributors and developers); Collaborative work with sales representatives of the distributor on routes; Control of the implementation of plans by the sales team.
