Main responsibilities:

• Management, optimization and support of the client database - personal information, orders, other operational data;
• Display of updated data in internal files;
• Maintenance of Client registers regarding the validity periods of current CPC contracts;
• Integration of databases with CRM and maintenance of relevance of information;
• Maintaining the relevance of data in the systems and ensuring smooth operation of integrations;
• Performing data analysis to identify trends in sales, customer behavior and other key indicators;
• Cooperation with other company departments.

Key mission:

• Administrative support of the regional sales process, aimed at meeting the needs of Customers in the product laboratory diagnostics.

Work schedule:

• Office work format;
• Monday - Friday from 09:00 to 18:00
