The company "OselyaBud, trade and industrial group" is looking for an energetic and motivated Sales Coordinator

Responsibilities:

Ensuring the effective work of the sales department, including planning, coordination and monitoring the performance of tasks; Negotiating and concluding agreements with customers in order to increase sales; Development and maintenance of long-term mutually beneficial relationships with key customers; Market analysis, competitor studies and development of sales strategy; preparation of sales reports and analysis of results; support and training of sales personnel; resolution of conflict situations and development of optimal solutions for customers.

Requirements: work experience in the field of sales; knowledge of the construction market materials and competitive products; High level of communication and negotiation skills; Ability to work in a team and maintain a positive corporate culture; Confidence in own abilities and an active life position; Experience in negotiating and concluding agreements with corporate clients will be an advantage; High responsibility and result-oriented.
