My name is Oleksandr, I am the owner and director of Mavericks agency. We are looking for an Assistant Sales Manager.

We are the #1 company in the galaxy with development of websites and services. Our team is an elite special force of developers, designers and managers. We are so cool that we don't publish sites on the Internet, but the Internet connects to our sites. We have so many awards that we had to order an additional building to store them. And our clients are so satisfied that they leave feedback before we start work :)

But in order for all this to become true - maybe we lack you?

Now Mavericks agency is a small Ukrainian agency that develops websites and web services. Our clients are now mostly Ukrainian companies. But you and I will work with the European market.

What will you do:

Now I am the head of sales in our company, so you and I will work side by side.

First of all, you will:

• help me create presentations and calculate offers for clients

• process incoming leads on different platforms

• monitor our CRM so that there is always order 

• to communicate with clients

• we will think together about new channels and sales strategies

• help with participation in tenders

• prepare documents according to a template (agreements, attachments, etc.) - it's easy!

• constantly watch new courses about sales and web development

• perform other tasks that did not make it to this list (because they definitely forgot something)

Our ideal candidate:

• knows English at the level of "Let's rock this business together!" (ie confident B2 or higher)

• can put together a presentation that can be shown not only to mom

• knows what ChatGPT and other AIs are (because there is no way without them now)

• "main participation" is not about you

• persistent like a marathon runner

• full of ambition and initiative so that everyone around him is bored!

No experience required, students are welcome too!
The main thing is desire and enthusiasm!

Further development:

Everything is very simple - first, assistant to the sales manager. Later, we see you in the role of junior sales manager, where you will be able not only to receive a salary, but also to collect bonuses for new clients.

And then - a real sales manager, ready to conquer the world!

And about the conditions:

• 2 months — 10k UAH (trial period)

• 3-5 months - UAH 12k (while you learn everything)

• starting from the 6th month — 15k - 30k (here you will already receive a percentage of sales)

• of course, now everything is remote in IT

• flexible schedule within reasonable limits
