Sales and service trainer (offline retail, luxury segment),

which will help our teams raise the level of individual sales and service to a new height.

What will be in focus:

• Conducting sales technique training and service of impeccable quality.
• Development of programs and materials for the real challenges of stores.
• Team support after training - checking the implementation of knowledge in daily work, field coaching.
• Constant work "in the field": observation, feedback, individual sessions with sellers and managers.

We are looking for a person who:

• Has experience and expertise in training sales staff of an offline retail store.
• Understands how an individual approach to the client works. and personal sales.
• Loves not only to teach, but also to monitor the result and see real changes in teams.
• Ready for frequent business trips to Ukraine, open communications and high standards.
• Has drive and internal motivation - works for success, not for "process".
