Conducting regular offline or online service meetings (stand-ups) with company employees
Setting tasks for study, repetition, practice of the main tools of service support and development (service vision, customer experience cycle, "zero risk" protocols)
Monitoring the implementation of service standards on a regular basis
Encouraging a culture of striving to "exceed customer expectations", maintaining interest and involvement to this process
Communication with stores regarding the execution of current tasks for communication with buyers (checking the execution of streaming tasks), processing requests from stores, improvement and optimization of work processes by directors and teams
Preparation of analytical summary reports with general and specific conclusions, conclusions and the development of recommendations and an action plan for further work on achieving the set goals
Control over the implementation of standards of communication with customers in messengers (frequency, personalization, tone of voice)
