Sales analyst / Sales coordinator (work with distributors) in Stafferty

An international FMCG company is looking for a Sales Analyst / Sales Coordinator (work with distributors).

Responsibilities: 

• Calculation of compensations and bonuses of distributors, preparation of regular reporting. 

• Periodic calculation, control of standard and additional distributor discounts.

• Verification of the company's interaction with distributors for compliance with trade conditions and the company's commercial policy. 

• Information and training of sales department employees on the effective use of trade terms and commercial policy.

• Control of the company's payables to distributors , analysis of accumulated (unpaid) compensations for distributors on a regular basis, formation of recommendations for debt repayment.

• Reconciliation of contracts, additional agreements or other documents necessary for conducting commercial activities between the company and distributors with lawyers.

Requirements:

• Higher education.
• MS Office at the level of a confident user (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Power BI).
• Knowledge of the English language at the level of Intermediate.
• Experience in a similar position or analyst position – from 2 years old. Preferably dstudy work with distributors.
