Sales analyst (international company) in Promotion

Our client, an international company (FMCG), is opening a competition for the position of Sales Analyst.

His responsibilities include supporting the sales department in the process of processing orders and reports, collecting category data and updating existing reports, building charts and graphs to present results to managers and finding ways to improve company performance using the data collected.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Filling commercial systems retail.
• Create new reports and chart of account and update existing ones.
• Maintain category data and trend analysis
• Manage external data (e.g. Nielsen or EPOS)
• Provide data visualization for business decision making
• Verify accuracy of reports and help correct inaccuracies in business data
• Provide proposals, to help decision makers.

Requirements:

• Higher education (finance/ economics/ business administration)
• Experience in a similar position from 1-2 years
• Strong analytical abilities
• Knowledge of the SAP / Forecast system
• Confident user Excel that knows: advanced formulas, tables/formatting, advanced charts (dynamic/combined, etc.), pivot tables and reports (grouping, slices, calculations and summaries by different measures), VBA and macros
• Power BI and Power Query would be an advantage
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Analytical thinking with attention to detail
• English above average (B2), C1 will be advantage.
