Philip Morris Sales and Distribution invites you to join us as a Sales Analyst. JOB PURPOSE: To provide structured and up-to-date business information and market information to regional management, the information systems department and staff working with sales points. Ensure timely and accurate entry, summary and reporting of collected sales data; provide relevant regional units with ongoing support in using information systems. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Ensure structured and accurate collection of sales data from point of sale personnel and proper entry into all relevant sales systems.Ensure key information is provided to regional management and point of sale personnel on market dynamics, production performance, success of sales and distribution units, analysis by key sales indicators and reporting on exceptions. Participate in the development, improvement and tracking of functional key sales indicators, which are used to evaluate progress towards the defined strategy, and therefore support planning and decision-making processes. Support the implementation of sales department systems in the assigned region. Contribute to the development of programs for sales department systems, as well as contribute to the further improvement of data management processes. QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS: Higher education. Work experience in a specific field: at least 1 year in international or large Ukrainian companies related to market research, report preparation, sales and distribution analytics or sales volume planning. High level of knowledge in MS Office software industry (Excel and Power Point at an advanced level) Experience in data visualization, knowledge of SQL, VBA will be an additional advantage.
